The Lifeblood looper
Record up to four loops on the grid, undo, mute, export a WAV, and run it from the footswitch.
Lifeblood’s looper records up to four loops, each locked to the tempo of the first. It is in Lifeblood on its own and in the Complete Chain.
| CONTROL | WHAT IT DOES | KEY |
|---|---|---|
| REC / PLAY | Records the next empty loop, counted in on the first. When stopped, plays the loops from the top. | Right, Down or Page Down |
| STOP | Stops the loops. | Left, Up or Page Up |
| UNDO | Removes the newest loop. | Backspace |
| CLEAR | Removes every loop and frees the tempo. | |
| Pads 1 to 4 | Click to record a loop, again to mute or unmute it. Hold or right-click to clear it. | 1 to 4 |
Length, count-in and click
Loops are 1, 2, 4 (the default), 8 or 16 bars, or CUSTOM from 1 to 16. The first loop counts in 4 or 8 beats. The click plays while there are no loops and stops once one plays; switch it ON to keep it.
Export
EXPORT saves the loops as a seamlessly looping WAV tagged with its tempo, in Documents/JediPalm/Loops.
In the Complete Chain
Choose PRE AMP or POST AMP for where the looper records; after the amp is the default. With an M-Vave Chocolate Plus, press B and C together, or step up to bank 11, for looper mode, and the four switches run the looper hands free. Page-turner pedals that send arrow or page keys work with Lifeblood on its own.
