1. Using the service
These terms cover the JediPalm website, account services, purchases and downloads. Software use is also governed by the Software License Agreement, and our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use the service with the authorization required by applicable law.
2. Your account
Provide an email address you control and keep sign-in links and activation codes private. Purchases belong to the account used at checkout. A website sign-in and native software activation are separate: website sign-in can expire without requiring re-entry of a saved native activation code. Contact support if you purchased under the wrong email or lost access to your account. Do not use another person’s account or create accounts to evade trial restrictions.
3. Purchases and delivery
The product, currency, price, available credits and any applicable taxes or charges are shown before payment. Current paid products are one-time license purchases, not subscriptions. Stripe processes payments. Access is issued after successful payment confirmation; a pending payment or delayed confirmation may delay a code appearing in My Account.
Downloads and activation codes are delivered through My Account. Product requirements, supported platforms and available formats are described on the site and in the download instructions. A bundle does not guarantee compatibility with every device or DAW. Published upgrade credits are calculated from eligible purchases and are confirmed at checkout.
4. Free trials and paid access
Trial eligibility is checked by product, account and computer identity. Changing email addresses or reinstalling the app does not restart the same computer’s trial. We record licensing-request IP addresses to investigate suspected misuse and assist support. A shared IP address alone does not disqualify a different computer or account, and activation errors do not reveal another account’s email. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
A seven-day trial starts at successful activation in the app. It requires no card and does not convert automatically into a paid purchase. Trial processing ends at expiry; a customer must choose to purchase and activate a paid license. See the Software License Agreement for computer limits, internet requirements and the paid offline allowance.
5. Refunds and purchase problems
All sales are final. We provide a free seven-day trial so you can evaluate the sound, features and compatibility before purchasing. Except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, refunds are available only if JediPalm approves an exception at its sole discretion. A request, accidental purchase, change of mind, or unused license does not by itself entitle you to a discretionary refund. An exception in one case does not establish a refund policy for other purchases. Contact support with your purchase email and order details if you need assistance. The trial and this policy do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms automatically waives a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right merely because a digital download is available. Where applicable law requires separate express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment of losing a withdrawal right, a general acceptance of these terms is not a substitute. A full refund or payment reversal removes the associated paid entitlement. If you believe a payment dispute or suspension was mistaken, contact support.
6. Availability and updates
We work to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted website, email, payment, download or activation services. Outages can prevent first activation and trial startup. Previously validated paid licenses have the offline allowance described in the Software License Agreement; after it expires, renewal requires a working connection and licensing service.
Keep copies of important projects and presets. Software updates and operating-system changes can affect compatibility. A lifetime license is not a promise of permanent support, every future product, or an activation service that can never change. We will communicate material service changes where required by law.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the service, submit fraudulent payments, access another customer’s records, disrupt availability, distribute malware, or circumvent account and licensing controls. JediPalm’s branding, proprietary software and site content remain the property of their respective owners. Your rights in your recordings are described in the Software License Agreement. Third-party links and components are subject to their own applicable terms.
8. Warranties and liability
Except for express commitments and mandatory legal rights, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, JediPalm excludes implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excludes mandatory consumer remedies for defective or misdescribed digital products.
9. Questions and disputes
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a purchase, account or licensing problem. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive access to courts or consumer agencies where provided by applicable law. Mandatory protections in your place of residence remain available.
10. Changes and contact
The effective date identifies this version. Changes will be posted here, with additional notice or consent where required. Updated terms do not retroactively take away rights already granted for earlier purchases. Contact us at the address below about these terms, refunds or support.
