Install on Mac and Windows
Download from My Account, install the standalone app and the AU/VST3 plugins, and find them in your DAW.
Everything you own, and every trial, is in My Account. Each product has a standalone app and a plugin download for Mac and for Windows. They share one activation, so install whichever you play.
Mac

Standalone app
Open the disk image and drag the app into Applications. It is notarized by Apple, so it opens normally.

AU + VST3 plugins
Quit your DAW, then run the AU + VST3 installer. It places both formats in the standard plugin folders.

Open your DAW
Logic Pro uses the AU: find it under Audio FX › Audio Units › JediPalm. Other DAWs may need a plugin rescan.
Windows
- 01
Unblock the ZIP
The Windows downloads are ZIP files. Before you extract, right-click the ZIP, choose Properties, tick Unblock and press OK. A blocked plugin never loads.

Standalone app
Extract it anywhere and run the app.

VST3 plugin
Quit your DAW, extract, and copy the .vst3 folder into
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3. Then rescan plugins in your DAW.
Requirements
macOS 15 or later on Apple silicon, or 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. Processing runs on the CPU; no GPU is needed. Use a dry electric guitar through an audio interface.
