Activate your license
Paste your activation code from My Account, start or upgrade a trial, and move a license to a new computer.
Every product has its own activation code. There is no account to sign in to inside the app: you paste the code once and the computer is activated.

Copy your code
Sign in to My Account. Under each product you own is its ACTIVATION CODE, with a button to copy it.

Open the license panel
An unactivated app shows JEDIPALM / ACTIVATE over the window. Otherwise open it yourself: in the Complete Chain press LICENSE at the bottom right of the status bar; in a single plugin click the LICENSE badge in the bottom-right corner.

Paste and activate
Paste into “Paste your activation code” and press ACTIVATE (or Return). You will see “Activated. Lifetime license for this computer.”
Free trial
The seven-day trial is for the Complete Chain. Start it from the trial page or My Account, which gives you a trial code to paste the same way. The seven days start when you first activate, and the status bar counts them down. Nothing is charged, ever.
Bought it during your trial? Press LICENSE, paste your paid code and press ACTIVATE PAID LICENSE.
Two computers per product
Each product can be active on two computers at a time, and the standalone app and the plugins on one computer count once. To move to a new computer, unregister the old one from its device list in My Account, then activate the new one.
Internet
The first activation needs the internet. After that a paid license renews itself every 30 days, and it keeps working for seven more days offline if it can’t reach us. Renewing never needs your code again.
