1. Scope and agreement
This agreement covers proprietary JediPalm software supplied under this agreement, including its bundled artwork, presets and model assets. The software is licensed, not sold. Review this agreement before purchasing or using a trial. It supplements the Terms & Conditions. Third-party components and earlier releases distributed under a different license retain their own applicable terms; this agreement does not withdraw rights already granted.
2. What your license permits
A valid paid license gives the account holder a personal, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product for personal and commercial audio production on up to two registered computers per licensed user, per purchased product, at a time. Both computers must be for that same user; the two activations cannot be split between two people. Available AU, VST3 and standalone formats share the same registration on a computer. The license is for one account holder; it is not a floating studio, classroom or shared-team license.
A paid license is a one-time purchase for lifetime use of the licensed product, subject to this agreement and its authentication requirements. It is not a subscription. It does not promise every future product, paid add-on, operating-system port, or perpetual support and compatibility. Complete Chain requires the corresponding suite entitlement or an active Complete Chain trial. Its paid registration uses the constituent products’ computer slots.
3. Seven-day free trial
The trial provides full features for seven consecutive days, starting at the first successful trial activation in the app. Downloading or preparing a code does not start the timer. No card is required and no automatic purchase or charge follows.
There is one trial per product, account and computer. A trial is tied to the computer on which it starts and cannot be restarted by reinstalling or creating another account. Internet access is required when opening a trial. Processing stops when the trial expires, including during an open session. Saved presets and projects are retained. Purchase and activate a paid license to continue.
4. Activation, internet access and device transfers
To activate: sign in to My Account, copy the code for your purchased product, open the app or plugin, paste the code and choose Activate while online. After successful activation and local saving, the app remembers the license. Repeat this process on your second computer using the same code. The two-computer allowance is for one licensed user, not two different users. Normal updates preserve the saved activation; routine renewal does not require entering the code again. Paid licenses renew after 30 days from the last successful validation. Normal launches before that deadline use the saved signed license without an online authentication request. If renewal cannot connect, paid use continues for seven additional days, with daily renewal retries while the app is running. After the 37-day total allowance ends, reconnect to renew automatically; a new code is normally unnecessary. You can request an earlier check manually. Trials check online when opened and expire seven days after activation; there is no hourly check during a verified trial session. Older app versions may still check more often; install the latest release to receive this schedule.
Use My Account to unregister an old computer before registering a third. Replacing hardware, changing the operating-system user, or deleting or damaging saved activation data may require reactivation. An online check can disable access after deactivation, trial expiry, a full refund, payment dispute or other loss of entitlement. A service outage can prevent initial activation and trial startup, and can eventually affect paid use after the offline allowance expires. This is not a permanently offline license.
5. Your work and permitted output
You retain ownership of your recordings, performances and other original work. You may release, sell and monetize music produced using the software, including music made during a valid trial. You do not owe JediPalm a royalty or attribution for those recordings. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software, isolated bundled assets or third-party material you do not own.
6. Restrictions
Do not share activation codes or account access, sublicense or rent access, redistribute the proprietary software or its standalone assets, or bypass activation, device limits or trial limits. Do not reverse engineer the proprietary software except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction. These restrictions do not override the separate rights granted by an included open-source license. Contact support about a license transfer rather than sharing a code.
7. Compatibility, support and refunds
Check the published system requirements and use the free trial to evaluate your computer, audio interface and DAW. Keep backups of important projects and presets. All sales are final. Use the free seven-day trial to evaluate the product before purchasing. Refunds are provided only if JediPalm chooses to approve an exception or applicable law requires a refund or remedy. Any discretionary exception does not create an entitlement to future refunds. See the Terms & Conditions. Contact support if activation or a computer transfer fails; purchasing a second license is not the required first step for troubleshooting.
8. Ending or suspending access
You may stop using the software at any time. JediPalm may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of this agreement, fraudulent use, a reversed payment, or expiry of a trial. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. On termination of a paid license, stop using the affected proprietary software. This does not change your ownership of recordings already created or remove rights under third-party licenses.
9. Warranties and legal rights
Except for express promises and rights that applicable law requires, the software is provided “as is” and “as available”; uninterrupted operation, error-free processing and compatibility with every setup are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, JediPalm excludes implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory rights concerning defective digital content, refunds, privacy or consumer protection.
10. Questions and changes
Contact the address below for licensing, accessibility, transfer or support questions. The dated version supplied with your purchase or download identifies the applicable agreement. Material changes will be communicated where required and do not retroactively remove rights already granted.
