Partner Terms

Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Submit accurate contact, channel and audience information using an email you control. JediPalm reviews applications and may approve, deny or suspend participation. No purchase or minimum audience size is required. Approval does not guarantee earnings or promotion.

Referral attribution

Use your approved personal referral link. The first valid link saved in a customer’s browser is eligible for 30 days. A new customer must create and verify their account within that window.

Once attribution is accepted, that customer is linked to you for future qualifying purchases. No further click is needed and the attribution does not expire, for as long as you remain in good standing and the program operates. Later purchases are recognized by the same normalized email.

Attribution can fail. Clearing or changing browser storage before signup, using a different device without the sign-in link, and blocking referral requests all prevent it. Existing customers, self-referrals, and customers already assigned to another partner are not eligible.

Commission

The rate is 20% of the amount actually paid for eligible JediPalm website purchases, after discounts and purchase credits and excluding taxes. Product returns, payment reversals and disputes reduce or cancel commission. Zero-dollar orders do not earn a commission. Calculations use USD and round to the nearest cent. Duplicate payment notifications do not produce extra commission.

Payouts and records

Commission clears 30 days after the purchase and is reviewed for payment monthly. Approved partners must provide valid payout and any required tax information through arrangements agreed with JediPalm before payment. The dashboard distinguishes earned, clearing, available and paid amounts. A payment reference is recorded after payment is completed. No banking details or automatic transfers are collected through the application form. Refunds or disputes after payment offset future earnings; contact us to resolve disputed adjustments.

Honest promotion

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission near your recommendations and links. For example: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Keep claims truthful and share your own experience. Obtain rights to any content you use. Do not use spam, fraudulent traffic, fabricated sales, cookie stuffing, impersonation, misleading guarantees or unauthorized JediPalm-branded search advertising. Do not claim to be an employee or exclusive representative of JediPalm.

Privacy

Referral links use a random identifier. We store referral clicks, verified account attribution and purchase/commission records to operate the program. Your dashboard shows aggregate performance and your payout records, not customer emails or payment-card details. We use your application, contact details and public channel links to assess and manage the relationship. See the Privacy Policy for providers, retention and privacy requests.

Independent relationship and ending participation

You participate independently and are responsible for your own content, expenses and applicable taxes. You may stop participating by contacting JediPalm. We may suspend links or end participation for fraud, material breach or program closure. Earned legitimate balances remain subject to payment review and adjustments under these terms; fraudulently generated commissions are not owed. Material changes will be communicated and will not retroactively reduce valid earned commissions.
